Define
Using a ”hot-house” (an intensive
2 to 3 day process imported from the IT industry) we bring
together key stake holders from our across and outside your
organization to frame a solution.
Design
Our “from start to finish” approach
means that you can hand over as much or as little of the design
of any intervention as is best suited to your needs. At start
we map out a high level design and outlines of all activities
with design requirements. At finish we design all material,
trainers’ notes and instructions. From start to finish
you can rest assured that you will be handed over a fully
customized development experience without being handed over
the need to rely on third party consultants for delivery.
Deliver
Our “you and us” formula means
that you can get delivery assistance whether in the form of
“train the trainers” or full delivery. If you
entrust us with full delivery we will draw from our networks
of partners to ensure that the delivery team is resourced
with experts and practitioners familiar with the issues tackled.
