The way we consult

We’re not deluded or lack self-awareness. We know that for most organizations consultants are a necessary evil - at best! So we try to remedy this by making 3 promises:

• We will only consult with a client we know we have the capability to help
• We will only take on a new project if we know we have the capacity to deliver
• We will take a personal approach to any project (whom you meet and want is whom you get)

To keep our promises we operate in partnership with a network of individuals from other consultancies, academia and industry (organizations such as ELP, Hay Group and Quartet Research).

The services we offer

We divide any project into three phases. At the end of each phase, together with our client, we decide how best to proceed on to the next one (i.e. with or without us).

Define

During the Define phase we will work with you to frame the problem and the potential approaches to solving it.

Design

In the design phase we build the relevant solutions either on our own or in partnership with you.

Deliver

The delivery phase is where we can support as much or as little of the implementation as is necessary for success.
