Define
There are a number of reasons why cooperation,
collaboration and partnerships are important, but what are
they? The hardest question to answer but also the most important
one for any business is what is the value of our collaboration
effort (i.e. why do we do this)? We have worked with executive
teams to help them answer this question. Using facilitated
sessions we can help you find the answers that will predict
your success.
Design
There are two reasons collaboration does not
happen. One is a failure of mindset (e.g. skills, behaviours,
culture, values) the other malfunctioning hardware (e.g. unclear
accountabilities, badly shaped roles). We have helped clients
design development solutions ranging from skills building
(e.g. how do you impact and influence) to complete mindset
change (i.e. how to impact beyond boundaries). We can also
help you design a more effective organization working with
our partners. We apply our “from start to finish”
approach so you don’t have to worry about feeling prisoner
of your consultant. You can hand over as much or as little
of the design of any intervention as is best suited to your
needs.
Deliver
Isn’t it typical? You’ve paid for
a solution. It doesn’t work. The consultant blames the
implementation (often the only bit they didn’t pitch
for). With our “you and us” formula you can get
as little or as much implementation assistance as you need.
If you entrust us with full delivery we will draw from our
networks of partners to ensure that the delivery team is resourced
with experts and practitioners familiar with the issues tackled.
